Fraud

Any party engaged in illegal activities involving the use of this website will be subject to civil and criminal sanctions and prosecution. Sweet Surprises does not guarantee that it will be able to prevent any illegal or inappropriate use of this website, nor that it will give notice of any illegal or inappropriate use of this website. It is an illegal violation to place orders under a false name, with a fraudulently obtained credit card or without the consent of the cardholder. All persons found to have placed a fraudulent order will be prosecuted.

Alcohol

All alcoholic products offered for sale by Sweet Surprises are NOT available to persons under the age of 18 years.

Currency

All prices on sweet surprises.com.au are listed in Australian dollars (AUD).

GST (Goods & Services Tax)

All prices advertised are inclusive of 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST)

Delivery

Prices on our website do not include delivery charges. Delivery charges will be calculated at check out at the time of ordering and displayed on the ordering page.

We guarantee delivery of your order to the door. Please provide specific instructions regarding delivery alternatives if this condition is not likely to be suitable. Unfortunately we can take no further responsibility for your order or gift once they have been delivered.

We offer standard delivery and express delivery via Australia Post.

Standard Delivery shipping orders are processed within 2 business days and shipped Monday through Friday. Most orders usually arrive within 2-5 business days to most locations.

Express Delivery orders must be placed by 9 am AEST Monday through Thursday, to be processed on the same day (pending stock availability). Orders placed after 9 am AEST will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.

Warm Weather Delivery

If your parcel will be exposed to heat over 26 degrees Celsius, we strongly recommend that your order be held until weather conditions permit your order to be dispatched. In this instance we will notify you for instructions. We cannot guarantee the condition of your chocolate should you wish your order to be dispatched during warm weather conditions

Substitutions

Due to the nature of importing and product availability substitutions with a similar item of equal or greater value may be necessary to ensure your arrangement or specialty gift is delivered in a timely manner. The overall design, theme, color and quality of the gift will not be compromised in any way. Should a container become unavailable, we will contact you immediately to suggest a substitute container or Gift Basket.

Please NOTE: There is a short delay between online orders and an update of stock availability as in store stock levels may vary very quickly.

In the unlikely event that an order is placed and an item becomes out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer a substitute with a similar item of equal or greater value or alternatively provide you with a refund.

Returns

In the unlikely event that a Sweet Surprises product is damaged in transit, Sweet Surprises will send a replacement product upon return of the damaged product.

Refunds

Our mission to you, our customer, is to provide a pleasant, personal and gift giving experience through friendly, efficient service, offering delectable and enticing confectionary and gifts. Each gift arrangement is given the attention to detail needed to earn your trust and impress the recipient as we understand that our gifts are a representation of our customers.

For that reason, we ask that you please email us at admin@sweetsurprises.com.au to discuss any queries or concerns you may have in relation to the arrangement or products that you have sent or received.

Note: All refunds for orders placed online, over the telephone or by way of facsimile are credited back to the original method of payment.

Product Information

Unfortunately, the majority of the products we offer either contains nuts, or have been in the environment of nuts and, therefore, are not suitable for those with nut allergies. Similarly our products are not suitable for those on a dairy free or gluten free diet.

Information, including product pricing and delivery are current at the time of display and may be changed or updated without notice subject to import price fluctuations and exchange rates.
